The Audi RS Q8 is a fantastically fast machine. Thanks to a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 developing 591 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, the RS Q8 can sprint from 0-60 mph in just 3.7 seconds and reach 155 mph (although a top speed of 190 can be unlocked by fitting ceramic brakes). For an SUV that sounds like more than enough performance, but we know that there are people who will always want more, and Mansory is always willing to oblige. Generally, the results are polarized, but Mansory makes good-looking cars once in a while. This is not one of those times.

The appearance of RS Q8 has been altered by using various carbon parts, as we all can see, that includes side skirts, the front splitter, and the rear apron. There is also a new spoiler, a full carbon hood, 23-inch Mansory YN.5 forged wheels, and various red accents throughout.

Interior changes have been made, with Mansory fitting numerous carbon trim accents along with customized quilted leather seats and a carbon steering wheel with the Mansory logo.

Red contrast stitching carries the theme of the exterior over to the cabin. However, it's not all show and no go, as Mansory has truly enhanced that 4.0-liter V8.

Power is now rated at a whopping 769 hp with 737 lb-ft of torque. As a result, the RS Q8 now gets from 0-62 mph in a scant 3.3 seconds, with top speed increased to almost 199 mph. This is the second Audi offering from Mansory, following on from the company’s RS6 project that was similarly attention-grabbing. There's no word on what this conversion costs, but if you want to hurt people's eyes, it'd certainly be cheaper to force them to stare into the sun.
