The C63 AMG Sedan/Coupe Prefacelift and Facelift model, is certainly one of the most popular cars for us to modify. Next to an array of carbon fiber components, wheels and suspension upgrades we offer few power stages which we wanted to introduce to you. We get the quesiton daily: What power upgrades do you offer for my C63.
It starts with the ECU softrware upgrade which we call Stage 1 The detuned 457HP C63 is getting immediately up to around 510 HP just by upgrading the software.
Next to your software tuning, you can do now the Stage 2 upgrade which consits of: 70 mm headers + downpipes + high flow cats
This will give you approx 575 HP.
You can select between long tube headers (loud version) or shorties (in exchange for original ones), which sound more like the original AMG sound but louder.
In addition you can opt for the Cat back exhaust (with or without valves) – This we call Stage 3.
This will give you approx 585 HP and a great sound.
Then you can select between 3 Weistec Supercharger stages:
or 2 KLEEMANN Supercharger stages.

The operation is done via an elegant stainless steel button with red LED illumination. Pictures below
If button is on ON position, valves are open, creating the top deep sound.
If button is on OFF, valves only open at a pre-programmed RPM, for example at 4500 rpm. So up to 4500 rpm it will be quiet and then above it will open up and be louder again.
You can choose at what RPM the valves can open, if you wish.
It is a very elegant solution and the sound is amazing. Loud when you want it, quiet when you need it.

Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Carbon Fibre Cold air intake system increases the volume of air inhalation significantly
when compared with original air ducts measured using a flow tester. Further the intake capacity was expanded allowing greater air volume and flow to move to the combustion chamber, perfectly balanced on both intake sides.

The Cold RAMair intake system for the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG has dual introductory ducts on both sides and has 1.6 times more duct capacity than stock factory intake.
This increase in air intake volume is apparent throughout all rev ranges, especially at high RPM and intake load. The entire induction flow pattern is expanded so that air moves freely direct from the front grille through
enlarged intake ways, away from the engine reducing ambient heat induction, to the combustion chamber.
