Shipping and delivery times
All products are shipped out from Tuning Empire HQ in Hamburg or directly from our supplier’s warehouse. We are working with different couriers and freight forwarding companies depending on the size and weight of the package and its destination. We will advise which courier we have chosen for your package and, where applicable, will send you a tracking number for your goods immediately after despatch (Some freight forwarders only give us the AWB = Air Way Bill reference and ETA = Estimated Time of Arrival). Our preferred logistic partners include TNT, DHL Express, DHL Post for economy shipments, UPS and selected others. Please note delivery times are our most accurate estimates only which we get also told from the freight forwarders. The delivery times are subject to change depending on parts ordered (special order items, custom trim, backordered parts), service delivered by couriers, custom inspections and shipping service specified, either economy or express.
Everyone loves a free delivery, we therefore do our best to offer you free shipment whereever possible. We use Economy or Express services for deliveries. If a product is requested urgently (via courier), please contact us for a special quote. If delivery costs apply, these will be displayed in your shopping cart at check out or can be requested by contacting us anytime (for example in case of multiple parts shipments or bulky items etc).
We are shipping always door to door, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times may vary due to distance from country to country, custom clearance duration, holidays and other unforseen events. In case of a major delays we will always be in touch with you to inform you about the delivery status.
We are shipping via airfreight or seafreight, depending on the size of the cargo and how quick you want the goods. Seafreight shipments are usually cheaper, yet take much longer for delivery. If you are buying bulky goods, like a front and rear bur of a complete body kit with front and rear bar, wheels and other aero parts, we would advise to ship via sea-freight. Smaller, individual items are often cheaper to send via airfreight. Let us know if you have any questions about the available shipping methods. We are happy to advise on different shipping options, for you to select the most suitable one.
Unless otherwise stated, local import duties, charges and taxes are not included and must be borne by the receiver on arrival of goods. Please check with your local authorities about import rules and associated costs before you place an order. We are not able to take back the goods as a result of you not checking the potential import costs in your country.
Please kindly check the goods on arrival for any damage. We deliver all of the goods to the respective carrier properly boxed to prevent any kind of damage. If a package appears damaged upon arrival, please indicate the condition of the package to the delivery person, listing specific damages on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If possible please document with photographs.
Without such proof it is not possible for us to claim any settlement against the transport company. You can also refuse to accept the damaged goods or arrange a collection date with our customer service.

Is the customer a consumer, there are no legal obligations to examine the goods, but it helps us with talks to the carrier.
Please inspect all merchandise carefully before installing them on your car. This includes, but is not limited to, mounting tyres, painting, altering or modifying the product in any way, shape or form. In order to make a damage claim, you must contact Tuning Empire before installing the product on the car. Once the item has been installed, it is considered used and is not returnable under any circumstance.
If you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us and :
- - Keep the goods in its original packaging and box
- - Make pictures to document the damage
- - Make a list of damaged and / or lost item(s)
- - Do NOT send goods back to us on your own, wait for our instructions and written approval to do so
Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued at our discretion.
Tuning Empire does not refund shipping charges. If you modify, install or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation.
With over 1000 wheels in our portfolio (www.wheelsworldwide.eu) as well as well over 250,000+ tuning parts online we are trying our best to monitor the availability of all wheel designs, parts and items from our suppliers. However from time to time manufacturers as well as tuners decide to drop a wheel model or replace it with a new fresh design and it can take few days until we get notice of this change. Same applies to tuning parts which may run out of production, are discontinued or are replaced. In case you have placed an order and the unfortunate event occurs that the item is no longer available, we will inform you and offer you a similar design or refund you the amount paid.
If products are not explicitly marked with the words "ready for immediate dispatch", it means that these are offered by a supplier of Tuning Empire.eu. The delivery time for these products is 1-3 weeks if our supplier is located in Europe or with third country suppliers, the delivery time takes 4-6 weeks. However, please note that this product must be ordered by Tuning Empire for you and that the availability of this article is subject to actual availability at our supplier. With order-made products for you, the delivery time is between 6-8 weeks or longer. We will always keep you informed about the delivery times.
