Mansory Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe Black Edition

The insane Mansory Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe Black Edition has just been revealed at this week’s IAA Frankfurt Motor Show 2015. The car takes the already impressive S63 AMG Coupe and takes it up a notch with a healthy dose of extra power as well as a multitude of aerodynamic and visual changes.

Beneath the skin, the twin-turbocharged 5.5-litre V8 engine of the S63 AMG Coupe has been widely customized to the point where it pumps out 985 hp and an electronically limited peak torque of 1400 Nm between 1500 and 3500 rpm. The additional torque and power has been achieved thanks to new crankshaft, modified turbochargers, connecting rods, big end bearings, new suction and compressor system and more including a sports exhaust. All told, the Mansory Black Edition will reach 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and an electronically restricted 300 km/h top speed.

At the front, the Mansory Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe fascia has been completely overhauled and incorporates a new grille and bumper as well as custom mesh air intakes. A quad and lower splitter canards have also been fitted as well as a bespoke bonnet with two NACA ducts. Other visual changes comprise custom side skirts, flared wheel arches, a bold new bumper and diffuser as well as a enormous Mansory Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe rear wing.
